Nine Months in the Making
I can’t believe I get to say this out loud—Etherith is almost here.
After nine months of building, rethinking, dreaming, and reworking, we’re finally stepping into the next phase: the private beta. Invites are going out in the next couple of days, and I’m equal parts excited and terrified. But mostly? I’m proud.
Why I Created Etherith
Etherith began with a simple but urgent question: What happens when the stories that matter most are erased?
I’ve seen too many voices—especially Black voices, brown voices, marginalized voices—get lost online. Posts disappear. Accounts get banned. Entire archives vanish overnight. And I couldn’t stop thinking, what if we could create a space that refuses to forget?
Etherith is my answer to that. It’s a living library built to remember. It’s a place where our stories, research, and histories can be preserved—securely, intentionally, and permanently. Not locked behind walls, but rooted in community.
A Humble Beginning
What you’ll see in this beta is just the first version. It’s simple. It’s raw. It’s the foundation for something I hope will grow far beyond me.
There’s so much I still want to add—features, tools, ways to connect and build—but you have to start somewhere. Etherith is my start.
Through this beta, I want your thoughts, your hands-on use, your feedback. Together, we can shape it into something that truly honors our memories and voices.
